These terms apply to screenings and events organised by MUSC - BENGALURU (“MUSCB”, “we”, “us”), a partnership firm, and to bookings made through screenings.muscbengaluru.com.

MUSC - BENGALURU is an independent supporters’ club for Manchester United fans in Bengaluru. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Manchester United Football Club.

Each screening has its own date, venue, capacity and price, shown on that screening’s page. You book by submitting your name, email, phone number and the number of people in your party. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from us. The number of guests you may bring varies by screening and is shown on that screening’s page.
Prices vary by screening and are shown on the individual screening page before you pay. Member, non-member and guest pricing may differ. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed before payment.
Where a screening has a redeemable cover amount, that portion may be redeemed at the venue in accordance with the terms for that screening and venue. Any unused redeemable amount is not refundable unless we state otherwise.
Joining a waitlist is free and requires no payment. If a place becomes available we will contact you, and payment is requested only at that point. The window in which you must complete payment is communicated at the time, and varies by screening.
Waitlisted bookings are not confirmed bookings. Until you are promoted and have paid, you will not receive the confirmed-attendee email or the cancellation link that comes with it.
Only confirmed bookings are generally guaranteed entry. Walk-ins may be accommodated at the venue’s discretion, depending on capacity and the rules for that screening.
Screenings are hosted at partner venues, and the venue’s own rules apply while you are there — including any age restriction, dress code, and rules on outside food and drink. Where an age restriction applies to a screening, it is stated on that screening’s page. Please check before booking if this affects you.
We ask everyone to behave respectfully toward other attendees and venue staff. We or the venue may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone behaving abusively or unsafely. No refund is due in that situation.
We may photograph or record our screenings and use those images and videos in club and community communications, including on our social media channels. If you would prefer not to appear, please tell a MUSCB organiser at the event or email us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Kick-off times, venues and screening arrangements can change at short notice, often for reasons outside our control. We will tell you as early as we reasonably can. If we cancel a screening, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
We organise community screenings on a not-for-profit basis. We are not responsible for the venue’s premises, service, food or drink, or for personal belongings brought to an event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
