You can cancel your booking using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations by attendees are non-refundable. Cancelling frees your seat for someone on the waitlist, which is why we ask you to do it if your plans change.
No-shows are non-refundable. If you have booked and paid but do not attend, we cannot refund the amount.
If MUSC - BENGALURU cancels a screening, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid. We will tell you as early as we reasonably can, and aim to give at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.
If you have been charged twice, or charged an incorrect amount, contact us and we will verify it against our records and Razorpay’s. Where an error is confirmed, we will refund it.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. They usually take approximately 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Joining a waitlist costs nothing. Payment is only requested if a place becomes available and you are offered it, so there is nothing to refund for a waitlist place that does not convert.
Where a screening’s price includes a redeemable amount, that amount can be redeemed at the venue on the day, in line with that screening’s and venue’s terms. Any unused redeemable amount is not refundable unless we have stated otherwise for that screening.
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under applicable law.
