This policy explains what MUSC - BENGALURU collects when you book a screening, why, and who we share it with.
When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the number of people in your party, and whether you are a MUSCB member. We record your booking status, attendance at the screening, and payment status.
If you are a member, we hold your membership details — membership type and number, city, and season validity. If you give feedback after a screening, we keep your rating and comments.
We do not collect or store card details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay; we receive only a payment reference, the amount and whether it succeeded.
To manage your booking and your place in any waitlist; to send booking confirmations and screening updates; to manage entry and check-in at the venue; to process payments and refunds; to keep accounting records; and to prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
We keep attendee data for as long as is reasonably necessary for our operations, accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention and dispute resolution, subject to applicable law. We do not keep it indefinitely without reason.
You can ask us to correct your details, or to delete them where deletion is legally permitted — we may need to keep certain records for accounting or legal reasons. Email muscbengaluru@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
We may photograph or record screenings and use those images in club communications and on social media. See our Terms of Service for how to opt out.
